Hi, I'm Josh

I started coaching and mentoring teams and leaders over 10 years ago. During this time I've learned how to build, develop, and truly care for the people serving under and alongside me.

It's become my passion to help others succeed in leadership. I believe legendary leadership is exponential, which means that coaching and mentorship will have a lasting impact on not only you, but those around you as well. That means one coaching session has the potential to impact 100s sometimes 1000s of lives.

I've spent 4 years building a team from the ground up at a digital marketing agency, perfecting leadership principals that changed lives and have resulted in 0% turnover.

I've spent the last 10 years in multiple industries leading teams as large as 30 and as small as 3.

The leaders I have mentored are some of the best leaders in their industries.
